Pro:

Shaping and cuts; sense of coolness A relatively softer material, can be cut into brick, slabs and planks. With a cool feel to it, Limestone makes a great choice for houses in relatively warm areas.

Tip:

High Maintenance. Due to its porous surfaces limestones should be sealed on a regular basis, preferably every few weeks to avoid staining. Not recommended for places of high traffic as it could chip, scratch or stain easily.

Common Use:

Kitchen countertops, bathroom surfaces, patio flooring and entryways.
